Welcome to livntees! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to livntees. livntees operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). livntees is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (PRINT‑ON‑DEMAND)

Made to order: Most items are produced on demand. Production times are separate from shipping times.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors or appearance may vary due to screen/device settings and the nature of on‑demand printing. Minor variations in print placement, color, or sizing may occur and are not considered defects.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. livntees may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting; because items are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export without our prior written consent.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling.

We may offer promotions governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms control.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that (i) your payment information is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method, and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional reshipping costs may apply.

All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to third‑party tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. Any use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion and may be subject to third‑party terms.
