All livntees orders are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print‑on‑demand partner. Production time is separate from shipping time. This policy applies to shipments within the United States.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Typical production time: 2–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Some products may be produced in different facilities; items in the same order can ship separately at no extra cost.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders (non‑expedited).
  • Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.)

After production is complete:

  • Standard (Free): 3–5 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days (varies by location and carrier availability)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote areas or peak seasons may add time.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please confirm your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders returned due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Delays & Carrier Issues

  • While we work to ship quickly, delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, supply chain, or events beyond our control.
  • Expedited shipping shortens transit time, not production time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at customerservice@livntees.com.
  • Please include your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable). We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to replace or refund your order at no extra cost.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is provided to the carrier. This does not affect our commitment to resolve issues for lost or damaged shipments reported within the timelines above.
