Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, our return and refund process is slightly different from traditional retail. Please review the policy below.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@livntees.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a free replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
  • Claims reported after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If you have a sizing question before ordering, please review the size chart on the product page or email us for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless they arrive defective, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Face masks or sealed personal-use items
  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order once your defect refund or replacement has been processed.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at customerservice@livntees.com.

How to Start a Claim

  1. Email customerservice@livntees.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue.
  3. We will confirm whether a return is necessary and provide instructions. Most cases do not require a return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
